• One 30 min zoom call, once a week for 4 weeks to help with accountability, follow-through, and any adjustments needed

An extended journey that allows for deeper integration for meaningful transformation. Your own functional wellness plan with extended support, so your transformation unfolds with greater ease and embodiment. 

• Initial 60 min zoom call going in depth to your health goals and challenges.
• One 60 min zoom call, bi-weekly for 8 weeks to help with accountability, follow-through, and any adjustments
• Includes 1 in-home offering of your choice *plant ceremony additional fee*

This fully supported container is designed for lasting change. Where new habits, energetics, and patterns become embodied as your new way of being, within your most ideal functional wellness plan.

A heart-centered ceremonial experience working with the gentle, supportive energies of cacao. From this grounded space, you are guided through a visualization meditation crafted to support reflection, emotional release, and expanded self-awareness. 

All within the resonance of the 432 Hz sound bowls.
